Marta (house mom!) and Ernesto and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home and helped plan fantastic restaurants, daily tours and shared their knowledge of Cuban history/culture. Very convenient to downtown Havana which was about 10 minutes away. The morning breakfasts are and the Cuban coffee were a great way to start the day!

This is a great little hotel that treats you like family! They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We were on a kosher tour and they really tried to make the meals as interesting as possible.

The staff at the hotel, our tour guides, and our drivers were all incredible. Everyone was friendly, patient, and eager to assist, and we felt truly welcomed. The chef prepared all our meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was tasty – the soups and salads were spectacular! From the balcony we had a great view of the city… there was never the word “No” to any request

What a wonderful experience during our time in Cuba. Chateau Blanc is beautiful and everyone we interacted with was so welcoming and went out of the way to make sure we had an excellent trip. My suite was large and very comfortable as well as the bathroom. They have the best beds in Havana. The housekeeping were attentive to every detail. The food and the drinks were awesome and the location couldn’t be better. I went for a walk every morning around the neighborhood and it was very pleasant, just two blocks away from a small forest, a beautiful sight. Chateau Blanc is more than another hostel, it is an incredible experience. There were other guests but the place is so huge that we seldom ran into each other. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

I highly recommend the Château Blanc. In the busy city, it is quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. It is also the perfect place to bring guests, the food is first class, the wait staff is attentive and there are plenty of meeting rooms as well as scenic balconies that overlook the high-end neighborhood.
