EXCELLENTVerified Wonderful experience at a Kosher BB This is a beautiful Kosher B&B in a beautiful neighborhood on the outskirts of Havana. Our host prepared a kosher dinner for us which was delicious. We did not stay overnight, but the owners showed us the rooms for overnight guests. The decor is contemporary and tasteful. The rooms are spacious and have an ensuite bathroom. We had difficulty getting a taxi to take us back to our hotel. The hosts stayed with us (on their beautiful deck) and called several taxi services. When none responded, they had one of their employees drive us back to Old Havana.Verified Comfortable and Welcoming BB Our stay was lovely and I’ll definitely return in the future as it had a nice, welcoming vibe unlike larger hotels. The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of space to relax on the balconies. Breakfast was tasty and included fresh juices and excellent coffee every morning. The neighborhood wasn’t far from the airport and it was fairly quiet. Highly recommend JC if you can get him as your guide during your stay.Verified JC is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. We very strongly advise for whoever wants a personalised guide. We took the Jewish Havana Tour booked through Agency. Juan Carlos was our guide for the day. They drove us around Havana with a beautiful Classic convertible Fort (early 50’s) with a very friendly driver. JC arranged for us to visit all the synagogues, made sure everywhere we were expected and all was perfectly planned out. From there we drive to the big square, took the lift up the tower and had an amazing panoramic view of Havana. After we went to see the stunning tiled neighbourhood where we got to meet the artist himself. We saw stunning parks & gardens, boulevards, fortresses and the old city. JC is extremely knowledgeable in history, politics and about the actuality of Havana. We had a fantastic time and we very strongly advice to use JC as a guide at ur next trip to Havana.Verified Modern Art, Toto bathroom fixtures, and more. Our room was a suite and was spacious and immaculately clean, a/c whisper quiet and easily adjustable via hand held remote control. Marta, the hostess/manager and her staff were attentive and responsive to every request, as well as engaging and warm. The beds and pillows were equivalent to the best luxury hotel we’ve stayed at. We were part of a small group, no kids. If you can get JC as your guide for tours, consider yourself doubly blessed. Any downside? Sure, Wi-Fi/internet was erratic (it is Cuba after all), so you may want to have an international cellular plan as backup, and barking dogs and sounds of cats at night, which somehow know they should stop after 11:00 pm. And you will need to go up a small (but beautiful) circular staircase to reach the breakfast buffet, rooftop deck. In summation, the place was great and surpassed all our expectations. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this place.Verified So inviting We had a cooking lesson from Martha. It was so fun and delicious. Chateau Blanc is amazing - the people, the location, the building, the food. everything exceeded our expectations for our 1st trip to Cuba. Marta and her team are phenomenal. There aren't enough stars for the recommendation I really want to give!! if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, friendly place to stay with good food, this is it! we had breakfast in the B&B every morning and the coffee, eggs, fruit, bread and cheese were perfect. Have food issues like me, just talk to Marta and she'll get you what you need. Oh and the hotel is kosher, if that's what you need.Verified Stay at Chateau Blanc! They nursed my husband back to health with chicken soup when he fell ill and surprised a friend on her bday with a homemade bday cake! They went above and beyond.
