Chateau Blanc is pleased to provide a variety of in-house dining and entertainment options. Breakfast is served daily and snacks and beverages are available in the kitchenettes located on the second and third floors. In the evenings or during happy hours, relax with a drink and some music at POSH, our rooftop bar and lounge with air conditioned interiors and a large open terrace for outside seating and smoking.
Dining
Breakfast is served each morning in our lounge and terrace areas on the fourth floor, or you can choose to relax and enjoy your meal in one of the common areas of the second and third floors. Get your day started right with a fresh assortment of seasonal tropical fruits and juices, eggs, breads and pastries, yogurts and cereals, along with coffee and tea. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day in our POSH lounge.

Exclusive to Chateau Blanc, we are the only kosher compliant facility in Havana. We are pleased to provide a wide variety of delicious homemade kosher dishes featuring Cuban classics as well as our own kitchen innovations. Our kitchens are outfitted with separate refrigeration, sinks, ovens, dishware and tableware to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food preparation. Our chefs are well-acquainted with the strict dietary laws of kashrut to create a most memorable Cuban dining experience under strict kosher preparation.

Come join us at POSH, our private rooftop terrace bar exclusive to Chateau Blanc and our guests. Located on the fourth floor, POSH is an open air bar and lounge featuring live Cuban music, premium spirits, cigars and more. Enjoy the tropical sunset with a cool evening breeze and a refreshing cocktail. The private POSH event space is ideal for both intimate celebrations or high-level business gatherings. With two spacious terraces, we can accommodate groups of up to 75 people in an elegant atmosphere with eye catching views of the city. Please consult your tour operator for details.
